        She has no grains other than oatmeal
        and very clean eating (no breads, no

        final  month  Jessop’s  food  intake  is
        strictly controlled, eating at specific
        times of the day and no dairy. In the
        final few weeks she cuts out salt and
        her water intake is controlled.
