Answer: Thanks for asking this important question. I know that coaches tell players to
bend their knees; however, most players feel like they are getting low without really under-
standing how low they should go and why.
Technically speaking, you want your knees to form a 90 degree angle. In other words, it should
look like a squat or as if you are sitting on a chair. Your chest and head should be up with only 2009 Four Winds
your knees doing the bending. From there, your striding leg should extend to the side, forming 2005 Mercedes CLK320
a 45 degree angle with your body and locking at the end in a straight position. Meanwhile, convertible H180 SS
your non-striding leg stays at a 90 degree angle. You can get a better idea of what this feels like Silver, like new 65,000 km 4.3L Volvo engine and outdrive
on the ice by attempting to keep your body bellow the boards and looking to see where your
head is relative to the glass. I also suggest that you try it off the ice and look in the mirror to get $ 24,900 $ 20,900
a better understanding of how your body should feel and look like when you are skating.
