Rules: Riders must stop to help another rider in distress asking, “Do you need help?” If the answer
is, “Yes”, it is the rider that is not in distress responsibility to get help as soon as possible
by alerting an event organizer. Exiting the course is allowed if that is the fastest route. Team
will not be disqualified for doing this and a free lap will be added to their distance.
Each rider on a team must ride 1 lap minimum.
Unsportsmanlike behaviour (yelling at other riders, aggressive passing…) will lead to a
disqualification.
Bikes must have a minimum 2-inch (50mm) tire.
Bike must be in good working order and tail ready.
Riders must check in and out of the course at the timing table.
A wristband must be passed at each lap. If a rider is doing multiple laps. They must stop at
the timing table and put both feet down and notify the timer. Not doing any of these will
lead to a penalty of 2 km removed from total distance.
Riders must be self sufficient (carry tubes, mulit-tool, pump or CO2).
Teams found to be cutting the course will be disqualified.
