When things began to open up last summer with a Safe Return to Sport

journey in the martial arts world. To help navigate that journey, I offered
a few tips in the two previous Karate Komments, tips regarding choosing
a martial arts school and supporting your child in karate. Today we will
look at karate as a family activity.
