        This recipe makes a large batch of sauce.  I separate it into freezer bags and freeze for future use.
        Stacks well in the freezer.

        Spaghetti Sauce                     1 pkg mushrooms diced                2 tbsp Italian seasoning
        3 lbs hamburger meat                2 green peppers chopped              1 tbsp oregano
        1 796 ml crushed tomatoes           1 red pepper chopped                 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
        1 796 ml diced tomatoes             1 large onion chopped                2 tbsp sugar

        2 680 ml tomato sauce               4 stalks of celery                   Salt and pepper to taste
        1 156 ml tomato paste               4 garlic cloves diced
        Directions:
        1.Sauté the hamburger in a large stock pot until no pink is visible. Drain off the grease.
        2. Add the peppers, celery, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are half cooked. Then add in
        the garlic and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
        3. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, and the paste.  Stir to combine.
        4. Time to add the Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
        5. Simmer on low for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.                                                                      Photo Submitted
