Char-Lan High Lacrosse Team: From Beginners

to Champions!

very first lacrosse team, coached

by Bill Roundpoint and supervised
by teacher Sandy McDonald. The
players’ lacrosse talents varied, with
some players knowing the game well
and others who had never played
a single game. It wasn’t easy, but
the team has grown tremendously
through the season, from beginners
to tournament champions.
On May 17th at the Kenner Lacrosse
Tournament in Peterborough, Char-
Lan’s lacrosse team came home the
divisional champions, winning all
four games played.
