curling at the age of 23, and, as
he turns 81, is still quite active in
the sport at the Cornwall Curling
Centre. Having won many of the
club bonspiels (you can find Bill’s
name on many of the trophies
around the club) over the years, his
major accomplishments include
winning two Senior Provincial
Crowns, and two Senior Masters
curling championships between
1990 and 2002. Additionally, and,
of course, the ultimate achievement
was competing in, and winning
the 1995 Senior Canadian Curling
Championship held in St. John
New Brunswick.
