Hustler of the Month
Connor Cruickshank
School: Holy Trinity
Grade: 12 Age: 16
Home town: Cornwall
August’s Hustler of the Month is Connor
Cruickshank. He was nominated by his
Cornwall Royals baseball coach, Rick
Fournier, for his hard work and dedication.
Connor plays left field when he suits up for
the Royals, and he’s pretty handy at catcher
when he’s playing house league ball. This
multi-sport athlete attends Holy Trinity
Catholic Secondary School, where he also plays football, hockey, and soccer.
Academically, biology is his favourite class, and he intends to pursue a career
either in auto mechanics or in law enforcement.
When it comes to baseball, Connor appreciates the intricacies of the sport. “It’s
