                                                                                                                      Cruickshank.  He was nominated by his
                                                                                                                      Cornwall Royals baseball coach, Rick
                                                                                                                      Fournier, for his hard work and dedication.

                                                                                                                      Connor plays left field when he suits up for
                                                                                                                      the Royals, and he’s pretty handy at catcher
                                                                                                                      when he’s playing house league ball.  This
                                                                                                                      multi-sport  athlete  attends  Holy  Trinity
                                                                                      Catholic Secondary School, where he also plays football, hockey, and soccer.
                                                                                      Academically, biology is his favourite class, and he intends to pursue a career
                                                                                      either in auto mechanics or in law enforcement.
                                                                                      When it comes to baseball, Connor appreciates the intricacies of the sport.  “It’s
