        Big win for the Seaway Valley AA Bantam Rapids


        in Rockland

        Coach Yvon Besner and the Rapids
        AA Bantam  squad.   After starting
        the King of the Ice tournament
        in Rockland with wins over St.
        Lawrence  Steel  and Nepean,  the
        Rapids lost 2-0 to the Eastern Ontario
        Cobras and 2-1 to the North Durham
        Warriors.
          “These  two tough losses meant
        the Rapids had to take the hard route
        to the championship and play  three
        games on Sunday,” says Coach
        Besner.  The Rapids were up to the
        challenge, winning their first Sunday
        game 3-1 over the Steel. Game two
        was a 2-1 win over the Cobras.  “The
