        Rspoke with Nicole Touchette,
wife of Dominique Touchette, as she
wanted to share some of his fishing
        feats.

          63-year-old Dominique Touchette,
a retired sheet metal worker (Local
        47) and father of two adult children,
has a cabin on the St. Lawrence River
in Summerstown. He and his wife
        enjoy spending their summer days
        there.
As expected, this is also where
Dominique catches many of his fish.

“What Dom loves about fishing is
the solitude you can get with nature.
Just sitting in a boat or on your seat
ice fishing and taking in the scenery
is so relaxing. It’s therapeutic,” says
        Nicole Touchette. “He’s happiest
        while he’s fishing!”

          From what Nicole Touchette has
        learned, her husband Dominique
        has been passionate about fishing
for quite some time. His earliest
fishing memory is of going to his
Aunt Lucille’s small house on the
St. Lawrence in Glen Walter and
catching perch and pike from shore.

          According to Nicole, many of
Dominique’s fishing memories go Photo Submitted
