St Joseph’s Wins Curling Silver at OFSAA

he Saint Joe’s Panthers ladies’ curling team
Ttravelled to North Bay this month and
brought home silver after finishing 5-0 in round
robin play. The Panthers went into the OFSAA
finals seeded first, which is itself a first in the
school’s history, both for curling and for athletics
generally, according to Coach Sylvain Girard.
The ladies dominated the EOSAA competition
in Kingston to earn their berth at OFSAA.

the ages,” opines Coach Girard. The Panthers

Catherines, Burlington, and Thunder Bay.
