This salad is great to bring to your next BBQ or potluck. It can be done the night before because the longer it sits, the better it tastes.

Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad
Br oc c oli and C auli flo w er S alad

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 broccoli, heads raw cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cauliflower, heads raw cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, chopped (red or white)
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise - stir well
( Depending on the size of your broccoli and cauliflower, you can
double the dressing)
In a large mixing bowl combine bacon, cheese, broccoli, cauliflower,
and onions
Pour first mixture over your vegetables and stir until coated
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. This salad gets better the longer it sits. Photo Submitted
