        3/4 cup mayonnaise
        1/2 cup sugar
        4 tbsp vinegar
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & chopped
        1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

         Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise - stir well

( Depending on the size of your broccoli and cauliflower, you can
        double the dressing)
In a large mixing bowl combine bacon, cheese, broccoli, cauliflower,
        and onions
Pour first mixture over your vegetables and stir until coated
