Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

2 1/2 lbs. skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup Honey
½ cup soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
Cornstarch slurry: 1 tbsp cornstarch and 2 tbsp water
Sesame seeds to garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, arranging them evenly at the bottom.

2. Mix the rest of ingredients in a small bowl. Pour garlic sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
3. Cook on low heat for 6-7 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. I prefer a thicker sauce, so I make
a cornstarch slurry and add it at the end of the cooking process for an additional 15 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
