        By Roxanne Prevost
2 1/2 lbs. skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
        1 cup tomato sauce
        1/2 cup Honey
        ½ cup soy sauce
        2 tsp sugar
        2 garlic cloves, minced
        1 onion, chopped
Cornstarch slurry: 1 tbsp cornstarch and 2 tbsp water
        Sesame seeds to garnish (optional)
        Instructions
        1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, arranging them evenly at the bottom.
Add the chopped onions on top. Photo Submitted
       2. Mix the rest of ingredients in a small bowl. Pour garlic sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
       3. Cook on low heat for 6-7 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. I prefer a thicker sauce, so I make
a cornstarch slurry and add it at the end of the cooking process for an additional 15 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Need a quick and easy recipe for dinner, this is the one. This slow cooker recipe allows you to effortlessly create a great chicken dish. I put mine
together early in the morning and use the low setting and voilà, supper is made by the time I get home from work. Serve this slow cooker Honey Garlic
Chicken alongside rice or your favorite vegetables and Enjoy!
