Strawberry Fluff Pie

1/4 cup water
3-ounce strawberry Jello (1 box )
1 1/2 cups strawberry yogurt
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
8 whole strawberries for garnish
1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions:
1. Whisk together the water and Jello in a mixing bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
2. Whisk in yogurt and Cool Whip.
3. Then stir in strawberry pieces.
4. Pour filling into graham crust.
5. Cover and refrigerate until set - about 1 hour and up to overnight.
6. Top with whole strawberries before cutting into 8 slices and serving. Store any leftovers covered
in the fridge.
This Strawberry Fluff pie comes together quite easily. Also, this recipe can be changed up with
different flavours. For instance, you can use peach Jello with peach yogurt and sliced peaches, or
even raspberry Jello with raspberry yogurt and fresh raspberries. I’ve tried them all and they are all
delicious. Hope you try this recipe, it’s easy and fun to make.
