TWarehousing Turkey Bonspiel
came to a successful close on the
weekend of Dec 10, 2016 with the
finals in four divisions.
The “A” final saw Paul Carroll
steal a single in the 1st and 2nd ends
over Phil Hammond. Hammond took
a three-ender in the 3rd and stole a
single in the 4th. Carroll answered
with a three-ender of his own in the
5th and stole two more in the 6th
to go ahead 7-4. Hammond took a
single in the 7th and stole three more
in the 8th for the 8-7 win.
In the “B” final Jeff Ridal and Dave
Lalonde traded singles in the 1st two
ends, with Ridal taking a three-ender
in the 3rd and stealing three more in
the 4th on the way to a 9-2 win.
In the “C” final Bill Sobering stole
a two-ender in the 1st and a single
in the 3rd over Mike Villeneuve.
