shoot better?
Answer: Practise, prac-
tise, practise. There is no
secret to shooting better; it
just comes naturally when you work at it. Set yourself a daily
schedule and shoot pucks. Make every shot count. Cradle the
puck a bit before shooting, get a feel for it. Make sure you
follow through properly, pointing the blade of your stick at the
intended target. Remember, it’s not always about going bar
down. Often goalies find low shots the hardest to turn away.
Work at shooting with your head up and aim for targets. The
best scorers look for openings, not necessary top shelf all the
time.
