Why do you coach?
Answer:
I get real satisfaction seeing

these young women try
something completely new and
over time get really good at it.

Rugby is a very physical sport. The young women of our team
embrace that. There are also the elements of strategy, dealing
with adversity, motivation, and mental preparation. I see an
increased confidence in the players both on and off the field.

It’s incredibly satisfying knowing that my players will have
