Celebrates Award Winners

season with 103 members, one
of the highest memberships it has
seen in many years. The CCC is
already planning for next year,
organizing an eight-week training
program for beginners with the
goal to ride 100 km. The 2018
winners of the CCC awards were
announced last month.
The Most Improved Rider
of the Year award went to Tom
James, who “displayed a marked
improvement over the 2018

was Troy Blackadder because he
displayed tenacity in the face of all
