Age: 11

Grade: 6
WE LOVE FOOTBALL Hometown: Cornwall
This month’s Kinsman Girls’ Softball spotlight is on
eleven-year-old Noemi Wallace Dufresne who, with
the help of her Papa Leonard Dufresne and his hungry
coworkers at Ridgewood, managed to sell a whopping
46 cases of fundraising popcorn. Neomi is the proud
winner of a one-hundred-dollar bill.
Noemi has been playing ball for six years with different
organizations, and this is her first year with the Kinsmen Girls. According to her aunt, Patricia
Dufresne, Noemi really enjoys being the catcher, but she has rotated through different positions.
Noemi always has a great time playing ball, so she keeps returning. She also likes making new
friends. Other than ball, she is involved in bowling, dancing, drama, and Girl Guides, where she
has recently completed three years of the program and earned the Lady Baden Powell Award.
Noemi is off to Pathfinders next year.
