BRIAN BALL
LIFE - Brian and his family have lived in Chesterville for the past
49 years. His four children and grandchildren are all sports fans.
CAREER AND INTERESTS - Brian worked in construction.
He and his family travelled across Canada for work and pleasure.
ACTIVITIES PRE COVID-19 - Brian enjoyed curling in
Winchester and Bowling in the Men’s League and so he was a busy
man during the winter. Golf has always been a fun, summer activity.
Brian has competed in the OSGA 55+ District 8 Golf Tournament at
Upper Canada Golf Course. He won a silver medal in the 65 years
and over category. That qualified him to compete in the Regional Golf Tournament at the Pakenham
golf course for District 8.
ACTIVITIES DURING COVID-19 - Brian admits to being bored during this time. He
tries to occupy himself by walking and is anxious for the present lockdown to be over. He is looking
forward to OSGA 55+ District 8 events starting again after the pandemic.
