and co-host Bill Makinson. Thanks for inviting me.
I would like to see the odds makers call this one. I
recently looked at the ad Mike Vander Meer is running in this
month’s edition of Sports Energy News. The right hand side
of the ad features my mom’s house. The house on the left-
hand side of the ad was my parent’s old house that we lived
in before we moved to the house she presently owns. I’m sure
both my mom and dad are looking down and getting a good
chuckle over that.
This just in: GOOD NEWS! Cornwall Wildcats
Football, Cornwall Celtics Lacrosse, and Cornwall Baseball
have posted information on their Facebook pages about a
return-to-play as early as the end of March. Sports Energy
News will be reaching out to these organizations for updates
for the April edition.
I can’t wait for the day I see kids on all three pads and
on the field house floor at the Benson Centre, at the same time.
Shoutout to Gary Woods and his staff at Big Ben Ski
Centre. The hill looks amazing and conditions are excellent.
Other than visiting friends, family, and my favorite
restaurants (Cornwall BBQ and Harv’s Diner) on a regular
basis, COVID restrictions have not impacted my wife and I
much. I do however miss my Thursday night Colt’s games.
