For Jax Quenneville, hockey is more than just a game. It’s a family tradition, and a source of pride. Now in his second season with the Upper Canada Black Aces, who play in the Greater Metro Junior Hockey League (GMHL) out of Montreal, the young forward is turning heads for both his skill and dedication.
Sports Energy News is a tabloid newspaper that is published monthly by well-known sports personality Mike Piquette, Cornwall Ontario. Mike first came up with the idea of a local sports newspaper about in 1998 while volunteering in minor hockey and working as business manager for the Cornwall Colts. Initially the plan was to build a hockey-specific paper, but with so many other things happening twelve months of the year, it was decided to open it up to sports in general.
