Colts Profile - John Richer

As with many athletes during the
pandemic and lockdowns, Richer
had to find ways to stay motivated
in his training. His gym trainer sent
him workouts that he did every day
at home, which often consisted of
weights or outside cardio.
This defensive player got started
in hockey when he was four years
old. He says that the best part of
his hockey journey has been all the
people he has met along the way -
friends and mentors alike.
