          children:  daughter Sydney (17) and sons Cameron (15), Quincy (11), and Riley (7).  “No matter
          the sport,” Natalie says, “we have always lucked out with the nicest coaches who are really great

          The Houle family of six have lived in Long Sault for the past seven years. “Hopefully, this fall
