Lynn McCuaig Talks Multisport

Lin Lancaster, is a technology

married with two children. About
eight years ago, McCuaig started
running in an effort to raise her level
of fitness. She says she followed a

looked back. Since then, she’s
added biking, swimming, snowshoe
running, and cross country skiing to
the mix.
“I became a multisport member

water swims on Friday evenings in

in the open water. I really enjoyed
the group swims. There are usually

in a marked area, which is not only
