Cornwall Sports Hall of Fame Welcomes Twelve New Members

Twelcomed its newest members
on Saturday, August 16, and through
their recognition the wide world of
sports was well served.
In number, they were an even dozen,
but their cumulative accomplishments
are far greater. Without further adieu,
ladies and gentlemen, here is the
Cornwall Sports Hall of Fame class
of 2014.
Marc Crawford – Hockey – A
two-time Memorial Cup winner,
Crawford captained the Royals in
1981. He scored over 200 points in
three seasons and coached the Royals
from 1989-1991. He won the Jack
Adams Trophy as the top NHL coach
with Quebec and won a Stanley Cup
with Colorado in 1996.
